Receptionist
Nikita joined the Imperial Dental Care team in 2024 and quickly became a valued member of the practice, blending into the team seamlessly from day one. As the first point of contact for patients, she plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and reassuring experience as soon as they walk through the door.
Known for her calm demeanour, patience, and friendly personality, Nikita has built strong relationships with both patients and colleagues alike. You’ll often find her smiling and sharing a laugh with patients, helping to create a relaxed and positive atmosphere within the practice.
She holds an Honours degree in Personal Development, which has strengthened her communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. This background supports her role as a receptionist by helping her understand individual needs, manage patient interactions with empathy, and provide a smooth and professional experience for everyone who visits the practice.
Outside of work, Nikita enjoys taking walks in nature reserves, shopping, and watching horror movies.
