Rachel joined the Imperial Dental Care team in 2020 and quickly established herself as an invaluable part of the practice through her exceptional patient care and coordination skills. As Head Treatment Coordinator, she is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their treatment journey and beyond.
Holding a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Criminology, Rachel brings a unique skill set to her role. Her academic background has strengthened her ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and understand the individual needs of every patient. She takes pride in providing a seamless and personalised experience, helping patients feel confident and reassured every step of the way.
Committed to delivering a five-star patient journey, Rachel has built lasting relationships with both patients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys watching films, visiting arcades, jetting off to new destinations, and exploring different cuisines and restaurants.
