Sonal qualified (BDS) in 1995, and finished post-graduation (MDS) in Oral Surgery in 1997. She gained full registration with GDC (UK) in 2004. She has done post-graduate courses in Restorative Dentistry , Dental Education and Implant dentistry. She was a Dental Vocational Trainer, was on  the Tier 2 Oral Surgery NHS Performer list. She has worked at the University Hospital as a Speciality Doctor in OMFS department.

She is our in-house Oral Surgeon and Implant surgeon.

Sonal has been working at Imperial Dental Care since 2004, she is currently taking referrals from other practices for minor oral surgery, including difficult extractions and dental implants. She is an experienced dentist who currently provides mainly Private Dental treatment in our practice.

Sonal’s friendly, caring, open, honest and accountable approach has made her a very popular clinician with patients of all ages.

Dr. Karen graduated from UMDS (Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital), University of London in 1995, and brings with her a wealth of experience across both NHS and private dentistry. She has been a dedicated member of the Imperial Dental Care team since 1998, and is deeply valued by her patients for her clinical expertise, gentle approach, and warm bedside manner.

Over the years, Karen has gained extensive experience treating a wide range of patients and dental needs. She previously owned and ran her own dental practice for eight years, which gave her a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and personal side of patient care. Her time as a principal dentist further honed her skills in managing long-term oral health and delivering consistent, high-quality treatment in a supportive environment.

After many years providing NHS dentistry, Karen decided to transition fully into private practice in 2020. This move has allowed her to dedicate more time to each patient, offer a wider range of advanced treatments, and focus on a more personalised and preventative approach to dental care. Her patients appreciate the time, care, and attention she devotes to ensuring every visit is as comfortable and informative as possible.

Karen has a particular interest in preventative care, restorative dentistry, and supporting anxious patients through gentle and empathetic care. She is also fluent in Cantonese, which helps her communicate more effectively with a wider patient base.

Outside of the practice, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and staying active. Her long-standing commitment to her patients and community makes her a truly valued part of the Imperial Dental Care team.

Bhavesh is a skilled and trusted general and cosmetic dentist, with a career spanning nearly two decades. He qualified in 2005 and began his journey in dentistry with his vocational training (VT) right here at our practice, where he quickly became a valued and integral part of the team. Over the years, Bhavesh has grown with us—developing his skills, building long-lasting patient relationships, and becoming a go-to clinician for both routine and advanced dental care.

With over 14 years of experience, Bhavesh has developed a special interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, focusing on large, complex cases that require a comprehensive approach. He takes pride in restoring not just smiles, but confidence—carefully crafting tailored treatment plans that address function, aesthetics, and long-term oral health.

Bhavesh is particularly passionate about minimally invasive smile makeovers. He often combines Invisalign to gently realign teeth with professional whitening and composite bonding to reshape and perfect the smile—all while preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible. His results are subtle, natural, and designed to enhance each patient’s individual features.

After many years providing NHS dentistry, Bhavesh chose to become a fully private dentist in 2020, allowing him to offer longer appointments, more advanced treatment options, and a more personalised experience to every patient.

Kanita graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry with honours. Once qualified, she gained a position with the London deanery. She is known for her friendly, caring and gentle manner which has helped her patients from all different ages, backgrounds and anxiety levels. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and focuses on prevention and conservative treatment.

Since graduating, Kanita has been furthering her skills by going on courses and winning prizes. She has completed part 1 of the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons.

Kanita takes great satisfaction in providing up-to-date treatment within her patients’ best interests to provide the best standard of care. She enjoys oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry including smile makeovers, whitening, composite fillings

Dr. Radhika qualified with First Class Honour’s from King’s College London in 2016, one of the UK’s leading dental schools. She completed her foundation training under the East of England scheme and, with a passion for continuous development, went on to achieve a Postgraduate Diploma and became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh (MFDS).

Radhika is a compassionate and highly skilled dentist who enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular passion for restorative and cosmetic treatments. She takes the time to truly listen to her patients, working closely with them to build confidence and create healthy, beautiful smiles.

To deliver the highest standard of care, Radhika has undertaken extensive training in aesthetic dentistry. She is a certified Invisalign provider, helping patients achieve straighter teeth using clear, discreet aligners. She often combines this with teeth whitening and composite bonding to perfect smile aesthetics by reshaping teeth, masking gaps, and creating symmetry—always with a minimally invasive approach.

Radhika is also trained and certified in facial aesthetic treatments, having completed advanced training with the award-winning Avanti Aesthetics Academy on Harley Street, allowing her to offer subtle enhancements that complement her patients’ dental transformations.

Known for her gentle and patient-focused manner, Radhika excels in treating nervous patients and children, helping them feel at ease from the moment they meet her. She takes a holistic approach to care, aiming to build trust and long-term relationships through open communication and genuine compassion.

Radhika has treated a diverse range of patients in various areas including Essex, East Acton, Dunstable.

Outside of the clinic, Radhika enjoys playing badminton, dancing, travelling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Dr. Rashpal qualified from The University of Sheffield in 2016 and has since developed a strong reputation for his gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving beautiful, healthy smiles. Eager to expand his clinical expertise, Rashpal has completed several postgraduate courses, including advanced aesthetic training at the renowned Eastman Dental Institute in London.

Rashpal has a special interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry, with a particular focus on composite bonding, teeth whitening, smile makeovers, and Invisalign. He is passionate about transforming smiles in a minimally invasive way and carefully tailors each treatment to meet his patients’ individual needs and goals. His eye for detail and natural aesthetic sense have made him a trusted choice for patients seeking refined yet natural-looking results.

Currently, Rashpal is expanding his skills further by undertaking advanced training in implantology, allowing him to provide a wider range of restorative options for patients with missing teeth. His long-term goal is to offer full smile rehabilitation—from tooth replacement to cosmetic enhancement—with a comprehensive, patient-centred approach.

Outside of dentistry, Rashpal is a firm believer in maintaining both mental and physical wellbeing. He enjoys staying active by going to the gym and regularly playing tennis and badminton with friends. A self-confessed motorsport enthusiast, he also enjoys following Formula 1 and other racing events in his downtime.

Dr. Caitriona Quinlan is an experienced and approachable dentist with a passion for delivering high-quality care tailored to each patient’s individual needs. She graduated from King’s College London in 2015 and completed her foundation training in North West London, followed by a year of advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Luton and Dunstable Hospital. This provided her with valuable surgical experience and a strong clinical foundation.

Committed to ongoing professional development, Dr. Quinlan has gained the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She has also completed the Fundamental 5 programme on Harley Street, allowing her to safely and effectively provide facial aesthetic treatments such as anti-wrinkle and dermal filler procedures.

Dr. Quinlan is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry, enhancing her skills in cosmetic treatments and smile design. She regularly attends advanced training courses and lectures to ensure she remains up to date with the latest techniques and developments in modern dentistry.

She offers a wide range of treatments—from routine dental care and professional teeth whitening to Invisalign and facial aesthetics—all with a warm, personalised approach designed to make patients feel relaxed, informed, and confident in their care.

Dr. Natasha is a highly experienced and caring general dentist, who qualified from King’s College London in 2010. Since then, she has worked in a range of busy dental practices across Berkshire and London, providing high-quality care with a gentle and reassuring approach.

She holds the Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, reflecting her dedication to continued learning and clinical excellence.

Natasha has a keen interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, as well as Invisalign clear aligner therapy, and has completed a postgraduate course in these areas. Whether delivering cosmetic enhancements or restoring function, she focuses on achieving natural, long-lasting results tailored to each patient’s goals.

Her calm and friendly nature helps even the most nervous patients feel at ease, and she takes pride in offering high-quality, relaxed dentistry in a welcoming environment.

Hygienist –Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy RCS (2012)

Magdalena is dedicated, professional and enthusiastic about dental health.  She gained her dual qualification as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist from King’s College Hospital NHS Trust in London.

She is interested in many aspects of dentistry, however oral hygiene promotion and patient education on periodontal disease prevention and treatment is a field she is keen to explore further.

Magdalena is constantly improving her skills and knowledge. She completed the mentoring and hands on training run by one of the leading periodontists in London.  Recently she has successfully achieved the NCFE Cache Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health.

Outside dentistry, Magdalena enjoys spending time with her family and jogging. She regularly participates in runs and half marathons, supporting local charities

Advanced Hygienist- BSc Hons Registered under s36C of the Dentists Act, PG DIP (PERIO)

Vytautas Berenis is an experienced dental hygienist who qualified from Klaipeda university, Lithuania, in 2012 and registered under s36C of the Dentist’s act 2016.

After moving to England, Vytautas has attracted an ever-growing and loyal patient base from the public, press and celebrities alike. This along with his superior and unrivalled service in the heart of London means. Vytautas is regarded as one of the most popular and sought-after hygienists in London.

Vytautas has integrated well with the dentists and nurses in his working practice. By working as a team he, not only focuses on hygiene, but on overall dental health and cosmetics. Furthermore, by creating good relationships and assisting other healthcare practitioners, he has become an invaluable member of the team.

Vytautas has advanced further and has been personally trained by one of the UK’s leading periodontists, Dr. Reena Wadia. He is now a hygienist working in the heart of London. Vytautas is an advanced hygienist and has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Periodontics.

Vytautas focuses on himself and his health outside of work also. A healthy balance in life is important to him. He is a regular at the gym and enjoys football and badminton. Vytautas friends are close to his heart and he is very welcoming and patient.

Endodontist- BDS IQE MJDF MSc  Endodontic (Distinction)

Falguni joined our practice in 2018 and is our in-house dentist with special interest in endodontics, focusing exclusively on root canal and complex endodontic treatments. She holds a Master’s degree in Endodontics from King’s College London, one of the UK’s leading institutions for dental postgraduate education.

With a special interest in advanced endodontics, Falguni treats complex cases including retreatments (re-endo), root regeneration, crown lengthening, and challenging canal anatomies such as extremely curved or narrow roots. Her advanced skills and experience ensure treatments are delivered with precision, care, and efficiency.

Highly regarded by both patients and referring dentists, Falguni accepts internal and external referrals for root canal care. Patients can book directly for a consultation or be referred by their general dentist or one of our own clinicians.

Dental Hygienist- Registered Under s36C of the Dentists Act 1984 2024

Jay Joshi is a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist who is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. Known forhis gentle approach and attention to detail, Jay ensures every hygiene visit is thorough, informative, and tailored to each patient’s needs.

He holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree (2012–2013) and completed a certification in Dental Implants in 2017 in India. This clinical background equips him with a deep understanding of both preventative and restorative aspects of dental care, allowing him to offer a well-rounded approach to oral hygiene.

Jay takes great pride in building strong relationships with his patients and believes that education and prevention are key to long-term oral health. He is committed to making every patient feel at ease during their visit.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys staying active and engaged through his interests in cricket, music, and reading.

Sharad Nakarja is one of our lead skin consultants at Skinperial, bringing a wealth of experience and a refined, artistic eye to every treatment he delivers.
