Implant Hygiene – Professional Care for Your Artificial Teeth

Dental implants are a long-term investment in your smile and oral health. At Imperial Dental Care, our implant hygiene service ensures your implants remain healthy, functional and free from complications such as peri-implant disease.

What we do:

  • Gentle, implant-safe cleaning around the implant abutments and crowns, avoiding damage to the surrounding tissues.
  • Assessment of gum and bone health around the implant site, checking for signs of inflammation or infection.
  • Tailored maintenance plan including hygiene visits, lifestyle advice and at-home care strategies.

Why it matters:

Just like natural teeth, implants require regular attention. Without proper care, the tissues supporting the implant can suffer from inflammation or bone loss, jeopardising the success of the treatment.

Our commitment:

We approach implant hygiene with the same professionalism and thoroughness as we do natural teeth. We’ll guide you through the process, protect your investment and help you achieve optimal, lasting results.

We know that some people think implant treatment is expensive and search the internet for the cheapest option, but when you consider how implant surgery can change your life, would you really want it done by the cheapest bidder?

A common question asked about Dental Implants is “How much does a dental implant cost?” While a basic implant is typically £2375 to £2600, this is a difficult question to answer as it depends on how many you need and your own circumstances.

How often should implants be checked?

Every three to six months, depending on your oral health and implant history.

The hygiene/airflow appointment with Mr Vytautas Berenis is absolutely excellent, professional and outstanding. I would highly recommend him as he works very gently , no pain and the cleaning of the teeth is exceptional. The front desk staff is very polite, nice and helpful.

Thank you all. I will definitely book again .

I had a filling fall out as I was on holiday and being the scaredy cat that I am I waited until I was back in the UK to get it fixed – it was my first time going to Imperial Dental Care as they were the only dentist I could find that had any next day emergency openings; Dr Natasha was extremely professional and gentle and it might’ve been my very first pleasant experience at a dentist 10/10 all around.
