Tooth Extractions - Safe and Comfortable
Removing a tooth can feel like a last resort, but at Imperial Dental Care we strive to ensure any extraction is performed safely, with as little disruption to your smile as possible. We’ll always discuss alternatives and plan removal only when necessary.
Why might extraction be needed?
- A tooth is severely decayed or damaged beyond repair.
- An infection has caused persistent pain or swelling and other treatments are unsuitable.
- A tooth is impacted, overcrowded or causing other teeth to shift.
Our approach:
We’ll take full care of your comfort and safety. Before the procedure, we’ll review your dental and medical history, explain what to expect and discuss anaesthetic or sedation options if needed. After removal, we’ll give you clear after-care advice to support healing and minimise discomfort.
What next?
Once the extraction site has healed, we’ll discuss options for maintaining your smile and oral function — whether that’s leaving the space, placing an implant, bridge or denture. Our restorative team is here to guide you through the best solution.
If you’re facing a troublesome tooth that may need extraction, contact us on 020 8427 2264 and let our team manage it gently and professionally.

We know that some people think implant treatment is expensive and search the internet for the cheapest option, but when you consider how implant surgery can change your life, would you really want it done by the cheapest bidder?
A common question asked about Dental Implants is “How much does a dental implant cost?” While a basic implant is typically £2375 to £2600, this is a difficult question to answer as it depends on how many you need and your own circumstances.

The hygiene/airflow appointment with Mr Vytautas Berenis is absolutely excellent, professional and outstanding. I would highly recommend him as he works very gently , no pain and the cleaning of the teeth is exceptional. The front desk staff is very polite, nice and helpful.

I had a filling fall out as I was on holiday and being the scaredy cat that I am I waited until I was back in the UK to get it fixed – it was my first time going to Imperial Dental Care as they were the only dentist I could find that had any next day emergency openings; Dr Natasha was extremely professional and gentle and it might’ve been my very first pleasant experience at a dentist 10/10 all around.
